以人工智能(AI)、计算机导航、机器人辅助、扩展现实(XR)、3D打印等为主的数字骨科技术正在深刻改变医疗模式和年轻医师的成长方式,并将继续开创关节外科的新局面。本期“数字骨科”专题汇聚了国内机器人辅助制定个体化髋臼安全区、下肢不同对线理念的疗效比较、国产可视化导航设备的应用效果及AI术前规划联合个体化定制临床应用等方面的最新成果,填补了传统认识上的不足,启发了新的研究方向。然而设备价格、学习曲线、标准化和规范化等方面的问题仍制约着数字骨科技术的推广,需要从推动国产化替代、建立区域培训中心、推动技术下基层等方面作进一步努力。
Abstract:Digital orthopaedic technologies, primarily including artificial intelligence(AI), computer navigation, robotic assistance,extended reality(XR), and 3D printing, are profoundly transforming medical practices and the development of young surgeons, and will continue to pioneer new frontiers in joint surgery. This issue on "Digital Orthopaedics" Special has gathered the latest achievements,including domestic robot-assisted individualized safe zone planning, efficacy comparison of different lower limb alignment concepts,application of domestic visual navigation devices, and clinical application of AI-based preoperative planning combined with individualized customization. These achievements have filled the gaps in traditional understanding and inspire new research directions.However, challenges such as equipment costs, learning curves, standardization, and regulation still hinder the widespread adoption of digital orthopaedic technologies. Further efforts are needed in promoting domestic alternatives, establishing regional training centers,and facilitating these technologies at the grassroots level.
