全髋关节置换术使用组织胶水闭合切口后变态反应性皮炎病例荟萃

摘要(Abstract):

目的:分析全髋关节置换术(THA)使用组织胶水闭合切口后发生变态反应性皮炎的病例,探讨其发生原因及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2021年1—12月于中国人民解放军总医院行THA且术中使用组织胶水闭合切口的431例患者,分析发生切口周围变态反应性皮炎的患者的临床资料。结果:431例使用组织胶水闭合切口的患者中,8例患者出现切口周围皮疹、瘙痒等症状,发生率为1.9%,发生时间的中位数(四分位数)为29.0(28.0~33.5)d。考虑为迟发性变态反应性皮炎,经对症处理后,皮疹、瘙痒等症状均消失。治疗时间的中位数(四分位数)为7.5(6.0~9.0)d。最终切口均愈合良好,未出现其他不良反应。结论:使用组织胶水闭合切口所导致的变态反应性皮炎病例并不常见,但经对症治疗后,不会对切口愈合造成不良影响。
