摘要(Abstract):

背景股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH),又称股骨头缺血性坏死(avascular necrosis of the femoral head,AVNFH)是骨科常见病。2006年中华医学会骨科学分会关节外科学组和《中华骨科杂志》编辑部组织国内骨坏死专家拟订了《股骨头坏死诊断与治疗的专家建议》,一定程度上规范了股骨头坏死诊断、治疗及评定方法。2012年3月中华医学会骨科分会显微修复学组及中国修复重建外科专业委员会骨缺损及骨坏死学组组织相关专业专家对《股骨头坏死诊断与治疗的专家建议》进行了讨论、修改和补充,推出《成人股骨头坏死诊疗标准专家共识(2012年版)》。
