固定平台假体膝单髁置换术的临床应用进展

摘要(Abstract):

膝单髁置换术(UKA)是治疗膝单侧间室骨关节炎(OA)的有效方法,具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少和患者满意度高等优势。然而,UKA关于活动平台(MB)和固定平台(FB)两种不同假体的选择一直存在争议。本文通过广泛查阅国内外相关文献,就FB-UKA的临床应用现状、患者选择、术后常见并发症,FB-UKA在膝外侧间室OA、MB-UKA垫片脱位翻修术中的应用,以及机器人辅助技术在FB-UKA中的应用等方面进行综述。随着手术技术、假体材料及机器人技术的进一步发展,预计FB-UKA的临床应用会更加广泛。
