糖尿病足底压力研究进展

随着社会经济的发展,糖尿病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。作为糖尿病的并发症,糖尿病足是导致患者残疾的主要原因。糖尿病足溃疡的形成主要与周围神经病变、骨关节畸形和微小创伤等因素有关。足底压力的异常是导致糖尿病患者发生足溃疡的重要危险因素,糖尿病足患者溃疡前期足底压力出现异常增高和分布改变。目前,可以选择多种仪器对足底压力进行检测,每种仪器都有其独特的优势,同时也存在一定的局限性。足底压力异常的治疗方法包括穿戴措施、外科手术、康复理疗等。本文从以上几个方面对近5年国内外关于足底压力的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

With the development of the social economy, the incidence of diabetes shows a rising trend year by year. As a complication of diabetes, diabetic foot disease is the major cause of disability in patients. The formation of diabetic foot ulcers is mainly related to factors such as peripheral neuropathy, bone and joint deformities, and minor trauma. Abnormal plantar pressure is an important risk factor for foot ulcers in diabetic patients. In the early stage of diabetic foot ulcers, plantar pressure increases abnormally and its distribution changes. At present, there are many instruments available for the detection of plantar pressure. Each instrument has its unique advantages but also has certain limitations. The treatment methods for abnormal plantar pressure include wearing measures, surgical procedures, rehabilitation therapy, and other means. This article reviews and analyses the research progress on plantar pressure at home and abroad over the past five years from the above aspects.
