摘要(Abstract):

踝关节骨折是临床上常见的四肢骨折之一,骨折累及胫骨远端后缘会导致后踝骨折。后踝骨折治疗不当会导致骨折畸形愈合和创伤性关节炎等并发症。为了更好地认识和治疗该疾病、避免并发症的发生,中华医学会骨科学分会足踝外科学组和中国中西医结合学会骨伤科专业委员会足踝专家工作委员会共同组织国内知名足踝外科专家,根据公开发表的国内外相关文献和既往临床经验,经反复讨论后总结撰写本共识,供广大骨科医师和相关学科医师在临床工作中参考和应用。本共识主要内容包括:后踝骨折的损伤机制及病理形态学变化、诊断与分型、治疗、术后康复以及常见并发症和处理原则。
